Sorry for the late post; kitchen remodeling took precedence over the weekend. John spoke of the choices we make or choose to make as we wander through this journey called life. Everyone is 'tempted' by the driver who cuts us off; the cashier who is checking us out too slow; the feeling that everyone is 'out to get us'.
How do we go about 'choosing' to turn life's frowns upside down?
How can we get God to help take that step back; and ponder these 'choices'?

I really appreciate when someone reminds me that motive matters! Not only should we be living in a way that glorifies God, but also in a way that compels others to consider their own motivations. We are prone to sin when our motive is lacking either passion for God or compassion for others.
